Thermal Associate Pvt. Ltd. is a technologically advanced manufacturing company having over three decades of experience (est. in 1994) to primarily serve in the field of Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer, Process Heating Cooling system, Pollution Control system, Material Handling Equipment etc.
Prior to the establishment of this organization, our principal and other key personnel have acquired technical experience in the field of design, engineering, manufacturing and operation of the main equipment and its allied components.
The company’s state of art manufacturing facility is located in West Bengal, India. We have a large factory shed covering an area of 45,000 sq. feet with multiple EOT crane facilities to handle, at a time up to 40 metric tons.
We specialize in Design and Manufacturing of Thermic Fluid Heaters, High Pressure Hot Water Generators, Indirect Fired Hot Water Generators, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Thermic Fluid Steam Generators (IBR), Pollution Control Equipment, Dust Extraction System, Fuel Preparation & Handling System, Ash Handling System, Super Heater Coils, Economizer Coils, Water Wall Panels, Evaporator Coils, Boiler Bank Tubes, Boiler Steam Header and Other Boiler Pressure Part components suitable for Super Critical Boiler, High Pressure Boiler, etc. as per the specifications.
Turnkey projects as per EPC model, mainly in Heating & Cooling system for High Pressure Laminate (HPL) and Plywood industries is one of our core strengths. Our expertise of Heat Transfer has also been extended towards other industrial domain e.g. Thermal Power Plants, Steel Plants, Hydel Power Plants, Timber, Textiles, Tea, Rice, Rubber, Edible Oil etc. in both domestic and international markets.
We are happy to announce that our Material Handling Division (MHD) technically collaborated with ELECTRO THERAPY, a highly reputed manufacturer in our country for the production of Industrial Cranes, EOT Cranes, HOT Cranes, JIB Cranes, Electric Winch & Other Customized Material Handling Equipment. Our products are widely acknowledged for their tensile strength, accurate dimensions, low maintenance and high functionality because of the vast exposure and the rich industrial experience we have gathered over the years.
